Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 As does boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
