The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
