Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
