Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
