The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ The Beneficent 1 Has taught the Qur’an to His beloved Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him). 2 Has created Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) as the soul of mankind. 3 He has imparted unto him articulate thought and speech. 4 The sun and the moon are in a reckoning. 5 and the stars and the trees all prostrate themselves, 6 He raised the sky and set the Balance 7 In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance. 8 Always measure with justice and do not give short measure. 9 And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures. 10 Therein is fruit and palms having sheathed clusters, 11 and grains with their husk and fragrant plants. 12 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 13 He created man of a clay like the potter's, 14 And He created the jinn of a flame of fire. 15 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 16 [He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets. 17 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 18 He hath loosed the two seas. They meet. 19 [yet] between them is a barrier which they may not transgress. 20 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 21 Out of them come Pearls and Coral: 22 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 23 His are the ships displayed upon the sea, like banners. 24 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
