Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
