۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
