We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
