The tree of Zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 like molten copper, bubbling in the belly 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 Verily the God-fearing shall be in a secure place 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
