See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
