Surely for the godfearing awaits a place of security, 31 gardens and vineyards 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 and an overflowing cup. 34 There hear they never vain discourse, nor lying - 35 a recompense from your Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He is the Beneficent God and no one will be able to address Him. 37 On the Day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the Compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright. 38 That will be the Day of Ultimate Truth: whoever wills, then, let him take the path that leads towards his Sustainer! 39 Lo! We warn you of a doom at hand, a day whereon a man will look on that which his own hands have sent before, and the disbeliever will cry: "Would that I were dust!" 40
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The News (Al-Naba'). Sent down in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
