Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
