Hallowed is He who, if it be His will, shall give thee something better than that [whereof they speak] - gardens through which running waters flow - and shall assign to thee mansions [of bliss in the life to come]. 10 Nay, they deny the Hour (the Day of Resurrection), and for those who deny the Hour, We have prepared a flaming Fire (i.e. Hell). 11 When it sees them from a far off place, they shall hear it raging and sighing. 12 When they are thrown into a narrow space, chained together, they will plead for death. 13 (Then it will be said to them:) "Do not call for one death today, but call for many deaths." 14 Say: 'Is that better, or the Garden of Eternity which the cautious have been promised? It is their recompense and their arrival' 15 Therein they shall have what they will dwelling forever; it is a promise binding upon thy Lord, and of Him to be required. 16 The day He will gather them together along with those they worshipped other than God, He will ask them: "Did you lure these creatures of Mine away, or did they themselves go astray?" 17 They shall 'Glory be to Thee! It did not behove us to take unto say, ourselves protectors apart from Thee; but Thou gavest them and their fathers enjoyment of days, until they forgot 18 the Remembrance, and were a people corrupt.' So they cried lies touching the things you say, and you can neither turn it aside, nor find any help. Whosoever of you does evil, We shall let him taste a great chastisement. 19 And the messengers whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for Allah is One Who sees (all things). 20
