[but] one Day We shall summon all human beings [and judge them] according to the conscious disposition which governed their deeds [in life]: whereupon they whose record shall be placed in their right hand - it is they who will read their record [with happiness]. Yet none shall be wronged by as much as a hair's breadth: 71 But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path. 72 And surely they had purposed to turn you away from that which We have revealed to you, that you should forge against Us other than that, and then they would certainly have taken you for a friend. 73 And had We not kept you steadfast, possibly you might have inclined to them just a little. 74 Then had we made thee taste a double (punishment) of living and a double (punishment) of dying, then hadst thou found no helper against Us. 75 And they indeed wished to scare thee from the land that they might drive thee forth from thence, and then they would have stayed (there) but a little after thee. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
