The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The Clatterer! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
