Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 We have spread out the earth, fixed mountains thereupon and caused everything to grow to its proper weight 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
