The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
