AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 But when they reached the point where the two rivers meet, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, as if through a tunnel. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moosa said to him, “May I stay with you upon the condition that you will teach me the righteousness that you have been taught?” 66 He said: Lo! thou canst not bear with me. 67 How could you be patient in matters beyond your knowledge?" 68 Moses said, "God willing, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 "If you must follow me," he said, "do not ask me any thing until I speak of it to you myself." 70
