Indeed, the tree of zaqqum 43 Food of the sinner. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Attired in silk and silk embroidery, facing one another. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 So wait thou and watch; for they (too) are waiting. 59
