3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
