In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
HAS NEWS OF the Overpowering Event reached you? 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Labouring (hard), weary,- 3 Burning in the scorching fire, 4 that is fueled from a tremendously hot fountain, 5 No food for them save the bitterness of dry thorns, 6 Which will neither fatten nor avail against hunger. 7 (Other) faces, that Day, will be joyful, 8 Well-pleased with their endeavour, 9 in a sublime garden, 10 Where they shall neither hear harmful speech nor falsehood, 11 Therein will be a flowing spring, 12 therein uplifted couches 13 Goblets set, 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 And linen spread out. 16 Have they not looked at how the camel is created, 17 And at the Sky, how it is raised high?- 18 And at the mountains, how they are rooted and fixed firm? 19 And the earth - how it has been spread out? 20 So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder. 21 thou art not charged to oversee them. 22 However, as for him who turns away, being bent on denying the truth, 23 God shall chastise him with the greatest chastisement. 24 To Us they will all return. 25 Then verily on Us is their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
