The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the heaven, holding mansions of the stars, 1 And the promised day, 2 and [of] Him who witnesses [all,] and [of] that unto which witness is borne [by Him]! 3 Cursed be the makers of the pit, 4 the fire abounding in fuel, 5 When they sat by it (fire), 6 to watch what they were doing to the believers, 7 They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire. 10 For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires), 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 Behold, it is He who creates [man] in the first instance, and He [it is who] will bring him forth anew. 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, 14 The Lord of the glorious Throne, 15 Doer of what He will. 16 HAS IT ever come within thy ken, the story of the [sinful] hosts 17 [Those of] Pharaoh and Thamud? 18 And yet, they who are bent on denying the truth persist in giving it the lie: 19 While Allah encompasses them from behind. 20 Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an. 21 In a guarded tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
