Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you are free work diligently, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
