Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
