Hizb 46

And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. 139 When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden, 140 So he shared (with them), but was of those who are cast off. 141 So the whale swallowed him, for he was blameworthy, 142 Had he not been one of those who glorify Allah, 143 He would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected. 144 ۞ But We cast him forth on the naked shore while he was sick, 145 We made a plant of gourd grow up for him. 146 Then We sent him unto a hundred thousand, or more, 147 and [this time] they believed [in him] and so We allowed them to enjoy their life during the time allotted to them? 148 Now ask them their opinion: Is it that thy Lord has (only) daughters, and they have sons?- 149 Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?" 150 Now surely it is of their own lie that they say: 151 Allah hath begotten. Allah! verily they tell a lie. 152 Has He chosen daughters in preference to sons? 153 What ails you that you judge in such a wise? 154 Will ye not then be admonished? 155 Or is there for you a plain authority? 156 Then bring your Book if you are truthful! 157 And some people have invented a kinship between Him and all manner of invisible forces although [even] these invisible forces know well that, verily, they [who thus blaspheme against God] shall indeed be arraigned [before Him on Judgment Day: for] 158 God is too glorious to be described as they describe Him 159 Not thus, however, [behave] God's true servants: 160 For, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship- 161 Can mislead anyone away from Him, 162 Except those who are predestined to burn in Hell! 163 There is not one of us (angels) but has his known place (or position); 164 We are surely those who are arranged in ranks. 165 “And indeed we are those who say His purity.” 166 And indeed they used to say: 167 'If only we had a reminder from the ancients, 168 we would have been sincere worshipers of Allah' 169 Yet they disbelieve therein. Presently they shall come to know. 170 And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers, 171 [That] indeed, they would be those given victory 172 and Our host -- they are the victors. 173 So turn (away) from them for a while. 174 And watch, for they will (soon) see. 175 Our torment seek they to hasten on! 176 But when it cometh home to them, then it will be a hapless morn for those who have been warned. 177 And turn thou aside from them for a season. 178 And watch and they shall see (the torment)! 179 Glorified be thy Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him) 180 and peace be upon the Messengers, 181 And all praise unto Allah the Lord of the worlds. 182
Almighty God's Truth.
