Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
