The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
