The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
