Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the loosed ones successively 1 And those that strike violently, 2 And [by] the winds that spread [clouds] 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 To cut off all excuses or to warn; 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 So when the stars are put out, 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are made into dust and blown away. 10 And when the messengers' time has come... 11 For what Day was it postponed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement? 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 Thus do We deal with the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.)! 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 And We placed it in a firm lodging 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 Then We facilitated (your birth). How well do We calculate! 23 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth a container 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 28 (It will be said unto them:) Depart unto that (doom) which ye used to deny; 29 Walk on to the covering having three branches, 30 Neither shading nor availing against the flame. 31 that shoots sparks like dry faggots, 32 like giant fiery ropes! 33 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 34 That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak. 35 nor will they be permitted to offer any excuses. 36 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 So if you have any ploy, try it against Me! 39 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 40
