All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 32 O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass! 33 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 34 There shall be sent against you both flame of fire and smoke, and ye shall not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 36 And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil - 37 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 38 On that Day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin. 39 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 Round about shall they go between it and hot, boiling water. 44 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 45
