Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
