The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
WHEN THE SUN is folded up, 1 when the stars shall scatter away, 2 The mountains made to move, 3 when the ten-months pregnant camels shall be abandoned, 4 And when the wild beasts are gathered 5 And when the seas are set on fire, 6 when the souls shall be rejoined (with their bodies), 7 when the buried female infant is asked 8 For what sin she was killed 9 when the scrolls are unrolled, 10 and when heaven is laid bare, 11 when Hell shall be set blazing, 12 when Paradise shall be brought nigh, 13 then, each soul shall know what it has produced. 14 So, I call the receding stars to witness, 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 And by the night as it departs; 17 and the morn as it breathes. 18 Verily it is a Word brought by a messenger honoured, 19 The processor of strength, having an honorable place with the Lord of the Dominion, 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 Your companion (Muhammad) does not suffer from any mental illness 22 And indeed he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east). 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 And it (the Quran) is not the word of the outcast Shaitan (Satan). 25 Where to are you then heading? 26 Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds: 27 for whosoever of you who would go straight; 28 but your wishing will not avail unless Allah, the Lord of the Universe, so wishes. 29

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
