The disbelievers say: "Do not listen to this Qur'an, and shout away (its reading); you may haply prevail." 26 But We shall most certainly give those who are [thus] bent on denying the truth a taste of suffering severe, and We shall most certainly requite them according to the worst of their deeds! 27 The recompense of the enemies of God for their rejection of Our revelations will be fire as their eternal dwelling. 28 And the disbelievers said, “Our Lord! Show us both – among jinns and men – who misled us, for us to put them beneath our feet so that they be the lowest of the low.” 29 To those who have said, "God is our Lord, " and who have remained steadfast to their belief, the angels will descend saying, "Do not be afraid or grieved. Receive the glad news of the Paradise which was promised to you. 30 We [angels] were your allies in worldly life and [are so] in the Hereafter. And you will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request [or wish] 31 as a ready welcome from Him who is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace!" 32
