whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 Enter ye the Garden, ye and your wives, in (beauty and) rejoicing. 70 Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And ye are immortal therein. 71 This is the Paradise you will inherit (as meed) for your deeds. 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 As for the evil-doers, they shall endure forever the torment of Hell, 74 And it will never be lightened upon them, and they will remain in it devastated. 75 We have not wronged them; it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 Or have they devised [some] affair? But indeed, We are devising [a plan]. 79 Do they think that We do not hear their secrets and whispers? We certainly can hear them and Our Messengers record it all. 80 Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'If the Merciful had a son, I would be the first of the worshipers. 81 Utterly remote, in His glory, is the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth - the Sustainer, in almightiness enthroned from all that they may attribute to Him by way of definition! 82 So leave them plunging into false discourses and sporting until they meet their day which they are threatened with. 83 It is He (Allah) Who is the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) in the heaven and the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) on the earth. And He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower. 84 Exaltations to Him to whom belong the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them! With Him is the knowledge of the Hour and to Him you shall be returned. 85 And those unto whom they cry instead of Him possess no power of intercession, saving him who beareth witness unto the Truth knowingly. 86 And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87 And for his saying: 'My Lord, these are an unbelieving nation' 88 So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know. 89
