The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 Then will no (soul) entertain falsehood concerning its coming. 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. 4 And the mountains are crumbled, crumbled. 5 becoming scattered dust, 6 And you shall be three sorts. 7 The People on the Right: and how fortunate will be the People on the Right! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 they who were [always] drawn close unto God! 11 In gardens of tranquility; 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 On couches in wrought with gold. 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 Whereby there shall be neither headiness nor will they be inebriated. 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 And the flesh of fowl such as they desire. 21 And (there are) fair ones with wide, lovely eyes, 22 like unto pearls [still] hidden in their shells. 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 Not frivolity will they hear therein, nor any taint of ill,- 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 The Companions of the Right Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Right Hand? 27 Among thornless lote-trees 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 and shade extended, 30 And water gushing, 31 And fruit in plenty, 32 unfailing, unforbidden, 33 on raised couches. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 and We made them spotless virgins, 36 chastely amorous, 37 For the sake of the companions of the right hand. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
