The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
