And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
