Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: 'It may be that part of what you seek to hasten on is already riding behind you' 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 Verily your Lord knows what lies hidden in their breasts and what they disclose. 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 Indeed this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel much of what they are at variance. 76 It is a guidance and a mercy to believers. 77 Surely your Lord in His wisdom will decide between them. He is all-mighty and all-knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah; surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor do you guide the blind out of their error, nor do you make any to hear, except those who believe in Our verses and are Muslims. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
