Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that My doom is the dolorous doom. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
