Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah) 1 No, but they marvel that from among themselves a warner has come to them. The unbelievers say (in mockery): 'This is a marvelous thing! 2 What, when we are dead and become dust? That is a far returning!' 3 We know that which the earth taketh of them, and with Us is a recording Book. 4 Rather, they belied the truth when it came to them, and now they are in a state of confusion. 5 Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it, and there are no rifts in it? 6 (Have they not seen) how We have spread out the earth, placed on it firm mountains and have made all kinds of flourishing pairs of plants grow? 7 As instruction and reminder to every penitent creature. 8 And We have sent down from the heaven water and blest wherewith We have caused gardens to grow and the grain reaped. 9 and tall palm-trees with their thickly-clustered dates, 10 As sustenance for (Allah's) Servants;- and We give (new) life therewith to land that is dead: Thus will be the Resurrection. 11 Cried lies before them the people of Noah and the men of Er-Rass, and Thamood, 12 And 'Aad and Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot 13 And the dwellers in the wood, and the people of Tubba; each one belied the apostles, wherefore fulfilled was My judgement. 14 Are We then wearied with the first creation? Aye! they are in dubiety regarding a new creation. 15
