The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
CONSIDER these [messages] ranged in serried ranks, 1 And those who drive [the clouds] 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 surely your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises. 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 and guarded it against all rebellious devils: 7 They cannot listen to the speech of those on higher elevations and they are targeted from every side. 8 And kept far away. There is perpetual punishment for them, 9 Except him who snatcheth away a word by stealth, and him then pursueth a glowing flame. 10 (Muhammad), ask them, "Have they (people) been created stronger than what We have created?" We have created them from moist clay. 11 Nay, you (O Muhammad SAW) wondered (at their insolence) while they mock (at you and at the Quran). 12 They pay no attention when they are reminded 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 What! when we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then certainly be raised, 16 Will our forefathers also be brought to life again?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 There is but one Shout, and lo! they behold, 19 They will say: "Woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense!" 20 “Yes, this is the Day of Final Decision that you used to deny as a lie.” 21
