The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
