The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to those who are fraudulent in (weighing and measuring), 1 when they measure against the people, take full measure 2 but who, when they measure or weigh for others, give less than their due. 3 Do they not realize that they will be resurrected 4 For a mighty day, 5 The Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)? 6 Nay! most surely the record of the wicked is in the Sijjin. 7 And what will make you know what the Sijjin is? 8 (There is) a Register (fully) inscribed. 9 Woe on that Day to those who belied it, 10 those who give the lie to the [coming of] Judgment Day: 11 Which none denieth save each criminal transgressor, 12 When you recite Our verses to him, he says, “Stories of earlier men!” 13 By no means! but on their hearts is the stain of the (ill) which they do! 14 Nay! most surely they shall on that day be debarred from their Lord. 15 and then, behold, they shall enter the blazing fire 16 Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false! 17 By no means! Verily the record of the virtuous shall be in 'Illiyun. 18 And what can make you know what is 'illiyyun? 19 A record [indelibly] inscribed, 20 which the angels placed near Allah to safeguard. 21 The virtuous will surely be in bliss, 22 upon couches gazing; 23 On their faces you will see the glow of beatitude. 24 They will be given pure wine to drink, which is kept preserved, sealed. 25 whose seal is musk -- so after that let the strivers strive -- 26 and its mixture is Tasneem, 27 a fountain at which the chosen ones shall drink. 28 The wicked used to laugh at the believers -- 29 And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other (in mockery); 30 and, on returning to their people, boast about what they had done. 31 and when they saw them said: 'These are they who are astray' 32 Yet they were not sent as guardians over them. 33 But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers 34 On high thrones, watching. 35 Have the unbelievers been duly rewarded for their deeds? 36
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
