What is wrong with the disbelievers who roam around you (Muhammad), 36 in crowds, both on the right and on the left? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 their eyes are humbled and they are covered with humiliation. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
