Al-Teen

The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and the Mount Sinai 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have created the human being in the best form 4 Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 Then who can give you the lie after (this) about the judgment? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
