It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Nay, but they say the like of that which said the men of old; 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
