And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 Now, by thy Lord, We shall surely muster them, and the Satans, then We shall parade them about Gehenna hobbling on their knees. 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 We will save the pious ones from the hell fire and leave the unjust people therein in crowded groups. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 God increases His guidance to those who follow guidance; and lasting good works are better in the sight of your Lord and are most rewarding. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) aliha (gods) besides Allah, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allah's Punishment etc.). 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
