Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And removed your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
