Most surely We help Our apostles, and those who believe, in this world's life and on the day when the witnesses shall stand 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 A guide and a reminder for men of understanding. 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Verily those who argue in the matter of God's revelations, without authority having reached them, have nothing but pride in their hearts, and they will not achieve their end. So take refuge in God: Surely He is all-hearing and all-seeing. 56 Surely the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings. But most people do not know. 57 The blind and the sighted are not equal, just as those who believe and do good works and those who do evil are not equal: how seldom you reflect! 58 The Hour will certainly come; there is no mystery about it; but most men do not believe. 59 Your Lord has said, "Pray to Me for I shall answer you prayers. Those who are too proud to worship Me will soon go to hell in disgrace". 60
