By the moon, 32 And the night when it departs, 33 and the dawn when it is white, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 A warning to mankind,- 36 A warning unto him of you who shall go forward or who chooseth to lag behind. 37 Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 Except the Companions of the Right Hand. 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 From the guilty. 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 We used to wade (in vain dispute) with (all) waders, 45 And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 The mediation of no mediators will avail them then. 48 What is the matter with people that they are turning away from this Exhortation, 49 as though they were terrified asses 50 fleeing before a lion? 51 Nay, everyone of them desires that he should be given pages spread out (coming from Allah with a writing that Islam is the right religion, and Muhammad SAW has come with the truth from Allah the Lord of the heavens and earth, etc.). 52 No, indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life. 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 so whoever wills shall remember it. 55 And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness. 56
